What does Rich Mulch do in Pokemon X and Y?

• Mulch to be used in a Berry Field. It increases the Berry harvest without the need for particularly diligent care.
• When placed on loamy soi, it increases the amount of berries grown by 25%, but it makes the soil dry quicker.
